"Aladdin" and at least 10 other kitties were found surviving outside in a colony of cats near a retail store.  Luckily, a Good Samaritan saw these kitties and was willing to "get involved" and seek help for them.  "Aladdin" was VERY hungry, but was wary of strangers so he was trapped in a Live Trap. "Aladdin" was scared after being trapped, but allowed his Trapper to pet him!  He  is relieved to be safely indoors with an abundance of food.  He is ready to find his very own INDOOR Forever Home where he will never have to worry for his safety, warmth or next meal.  Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

Mama Alexis and her 2 kittens (Faith and Joseph) were rescued from a Good Samaritan who rescued 3 strays, but failed to spay/neuter so the 1 male cat impregnated both females, which meant 3 strays suddenly became 8 extra kitties in her home.  CPA was able to help get everyone spay/neutered and help this Good Samaritan rehome 6 of the 8 kitties. Alexis is only 1 year old herself...babies having babies.  She is a very sweet kitty and was a great Mama who protected her babies. Her Foster Mom says that she LOVES attention from her human and appears to be very glad to be finished with her "Baby Duties". She especially loves to sprawl out on the bed.  She promises to bring lots of love and happiness to her Forever Family. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

"Doc" and 7 other kitties were found all together recently abandoned in a wooded area.  A family was camping and discovered these terrified kitties huddled together, obviously not knowing what to do outside by themselves.  The camper was from out of state and was leaving the day the kitties were found, luckily we found a way to take them into our Adoption Program, which prevented those 8 kitties being left alone in those woods. "Doc" is a very sweet boy who seems VERY relieved to now be safely indoors.  He LOVES attention, likes to "talk" (especially if his food or water bowl is low).  Doc can be carried like a baby.  He is very inquisitive and enjoys playtime.  "Doc" promises to bring lots of love and happiness to his Forever Family. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

Through no fault of his own, Jace has had 4 previous homes and still has not found his Forever Home.  1st owner moved & could not take him, 2nd owner had a child who was allergic, 3rd home had multiple cats, including 1 that terrorized him.  The last/4th home has a human that is highly allergic to cats that has just moved into the home.  Jace just wants a home/family that will love him. Jace is a front paw declawed, very loving sweet boy.  Jace loves to sleep on the bed with his owners. Understandably, Jace takes a little time to believe he REALLY is safe in his new home, but then he will become extremely affectionate.  His Foster shares, "Jace has become the boss of the house! He'll tell me to turn on the bathtub faucet so he can have a drink, and he loves to "force" me to pile all of his catnip toys on top of him...watch his video.  He is very affectionate, but he can sometimes become overstimulated, so his ideal home would not have small children."  Jace has becomes buddies with Foster kitty "Pepper", so they would make an ideal pair for someone who is looking for two loving, friendly kitties." NOTE:  Jace and Pepper's Adoption Fees are discounted if they are adopted together.  Watch video of Jace and Pepper. "Millow" and his 3 kitty housemates (Precious, Freddy & Baby) were recently orphaned when their Human passed away after months of living in the apartment with only an every other day visit by a friend to put more food down and sift the litter boxes.  "Millow" originally was adopted when his first Owner passed away while living in a Senior Facility. "Millow" is outgoing and super affectionate to humans, but he MUST be the only pet, as he is aggressive to other 4 legged animals (cats AND dogs).  He LOVES head butting and cheek rubbing.  He is the ultimate Lap Cat!  He's "Mr. Hospitality"!  "Millow" has been terribly sad and lonely during the month that he was in his Owner's apartment while in hospice.  He is SUPER Friendly to humans and  promises to bring lots of love and happiness to his Forever Family. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

"Oreo" was among 10 cats that were abandoned when a homeowner moved from the neighborhood.  When she arrived at our Vet, we discovered she was still lactating, so she most likely had a kitten(s) that were nursing, although her milk was drying up, so they most likely would be about 2 to 3 months old.  Our Volunteers searched the premises/property, but could not find any babies.  The Animal Lover who has taken it upon himself to feed this kitty colony is watching to see if he can locate any kittens. "Oreo" is a very sweet kitty who seems VERY relieved to now be safely indoors.  She is a sweetheart!  "Oreo" promises to bring lots of love and happiness to her Forever Family. "Salem" is due for some good luck.  Thanks to his having a microchip, we learned some of what this sweet boy has endured in his short life.  He was adopted by a couple at an open admission county shelter who neutered and microchipped him.  That couple divorced and gave their 2 cats (Salem and another kitty) to a woman.  The ex-wife said some time later, she was contacted by someone who reported the other kitty was found dead on a road & they found it's microchip when scanned.  They never heard anything about Salem's fate, until Salem (who was strictly indoors with his original family) was found living on the streets over 20 miles away from where he was given to the woman at time of the divorce.  Although the ex-wife seemed concerned and had no animals, her new life had no room for Salem, so he is homeless for the 3rd time in his short life. "Salem" is such an affectionate and talkative boy.  He seems relieved to be safely indoors with an abundance of food.

"Sherman" and his siblings (Ulysses, Napoleon & Robert E.) were born to an abandoned cat in a Mobile Home Park.  A neighbor has been feeding Mama and her babies while also socializing them over their 9 months of life.  The neighbor reported that "Sherman" appeared to have been scratched on his eye and it appeared that his eye had ruptured so it was dangling out of his eye socket.  Unfortunately, this neighbor had no funds to take "Sherman" to the Vet, so for at least a month poor "Sherman" endured the pain and discomfort of this medical condition.  Luckily, we were contacted and able to get him to the vet.  After the Vet's exam, she said the eyeball was still in the socket, it was tissue coming out of the eyeball that was protruding out of the eye socket (the size of a large marble!) so his eye lid could not close leaving his eye continuously exposed to air. Due to the horrific sight of this kitten's growth, we have not included the "Before Eye Removal" picture.  Sweet "Sherman" was purring when he came into the Vet and continued his purring / kneading after he awoke from the surgery.  The biopsy showed that the growth was isolated to the eyeball and the Vet feels there is no need to be concerned since the eye is now removed. "Sherman" is a very sweet kitty who seems VERY happy that that painful growth / eyeball is finally gone!  He has won all the Vet Techs' hearts with his loving personality.  This kitty should be a great fit for most any home, including a family with small children.  "Sherman" promises to bring lots of love and happiness to his Forever Family. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

"Snowy" should be the "Poster Kitty" for reasons NOT to declaw (amputate toes).  Based on the vet records, "Snowy" was declawed end of Sept. 2017 by another Vet,  About 1 week later, the Owner brought "Snowy" to our Vet and requested that they euthanize "Snowy" because "she did not get along with their existing cat in their home."  Our Vet contacted CPA and we agreed to take her into our program to save her life.  Turns out her amputated toes were infected from where the owner had not kept her on the special litter long enough after the surgery, so the wounds got clumping litter caked inside and the toes became infected.  It is totally understandable for a new kitty to NOT be happy with the existing kitty due to the new home AND her painful / infected toes. "Snowy" is such a sweetheart, very affectionate...with a very loud purr!  "Snowy's" amputated toes are still VERY tender, she still carries a foot as if it still is very tender.  The Vet said that she may always need pain meds and is more susceptible to arthritis because of her amputations.  Sh e is ready to find her very own INDOOR FOREVER Home, with a special person who understands and appreciates what "Snowy" has been thru and willing to help her recover. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343

"Ulyssis" is due for some good luck.  Thanks to his having a microchip, we were AGAIN able to spring him out of an Open Admission Shelter.  He was adopted from us in 2015 and Nov. 2017 he was abandoned by that adopter in the Open Admission Shelter.  Initially "Ulyssis" was rescued along with his Mama and sibling from another local Open Admission Shelter after that shelter put the kitty family on the Euthanasia List since the kittens were too small to be in that shelter. "Ulyssis" is such an affectionate and talkative boy.  He   seems relieved to be safely indoors with an abundance of food.

Willow and her 3 siblings (Ash, Ebony & Tulip) were 3 days away from a much more dangerous fate when their Mama "Jewel" was found outside an apartment complex, alone and hungry.  Luckily a Good Samaritan rescued her....then SURPRISE... 3 days after she was safely inside, she delivered her 4 babies.  Willow has only known a loving family and home and is now ready for her very own Forever Home.  Her Foster shares, "Willow has been the most outgoing and adventurous kitten since she was born.  She was fascinated with the litterbox and would always try to help when it was being cleaned.  Willow learned to find her way out of the crate at 4 weeks and climb onto the top to get a better view.  She is sweet and loves crawling into boxes."   She promises to bring lots of love and happiness to her Forever Family. DOUBLE the FUN!  "Willow" would love to be adopted with 1 of her siblings (Ash, Ebony or Tulip).  Adopt a 2nd kitten at half price and enjoy the added humor & fun these kittens will bring to your home.  Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc. To Adopt: www.CPAAdopt.org  or Text/Call Anita at 513-317-3343
